Neil Perrington

Although I was born in Wales, I was born again in England! At 18 years old I came face to face with the truths of the gospel of grace.

For the first time in my life I heard the reason Jesus suffered and died was to cancel the debt of my sin, but I needed to show genuine repentance, ask God for forgiveness and reach out for salvation, and be freed from the power of sin. Baptised on Easter Sunday 1978. Through His wonderful providence, the Lord has kept me all these years through many changing scenes of life.

I have worked as carer mostly. After studying in Bristol Baptist college, I was pastor of a small church in the Rhondda valley for a short time. I am very interested in Christian history.

Kathy Lane

Kathy Lane has supported OOTA for many years now. In the past she has been out on mission with Peter and a team in Poland, and has supported him in church visits and prison evangelism.

Peter and Sarah are also good friends to Kathy and Matt (her husband).

Kathy has been a born again Christian for many, many years and prayer is a really important part of her daily walk.

Kathy went to Moorlands Bible College 2013-2016, and has a BA in Applied Theology with family and community studies.

‘While at college God showed me I could preach. Over the years I have served in the church, not only preaching but as a family’s worker, leading small groups and meetings, and heading up a holiday club for children. I have also served in worship teams and prayer ministry teams over the years.

Both Matt and I are gifted with prophetic gifts, and God has used this much over the years. We have also led a home group together, while in Andover.

When I was asked to take on the prayer hub coordinator role, I considered it to be a big privilege to be a part of what Jesus is doing through OOTA.’
