Prison Projects and Mentoring ex Offenders 

Part of our vision is to see Churches establish closer links with their local HMP Prison. It's an amazing blessing to see both men and women make commitments to the Christian faith in prison, however the hard work of discipleship comes once the prisoner is released back into the community.

Out of the Ashes ministry is committed to mentoring prisoners throughout the transitional process of release and includes church settlement.  

Government don't have the funds to implement the change required to reduce offending behaviour nor do they have the tools to encourage and facilitate that change. This is where we the church come in as mentors of change to the transforming power of a life with Jesus Christ. We offer full training to anyone interested in becoming involved in Prison ministry. Out of the Ashes ministries is working with chaplains and volunteers from Prison Fellowship England and Wales who request free copies of Peter's book to take into prisons establishment.
